     WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE
_____________________________________________________________________

Irving PAL is now hosting Rape
Aggression Defense classes for women (13 years and older).
The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques.
The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction
and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.

R.A.D. is not a Martial Arts program.
Our classes are taught by a nationally certified R.A.D. Instructor and students are provided with a workbook/reference manual.
The manual outlines the entire Physical Defense Program for reference and continuous personal growth.

TESTIMONIALS

"I can testify to PAL's philosophy - "We Learn By Doing", especially after taking RAD. At a time in my life when I really needed empowerment, I've got it now and the confidence to continue learning by doing. I am amazed at how much we have all accomplished. We weren't coerced, but empowered! Your belief in us proved we could get the job done!"

Miss Arms, RAD Class #1 Participant

"These classes are going to be extremely beneficial to the ladies of our city.  I, myself, have always wanted the opportunity to take such a self-defense class as this.  I was so pleased, as it greatly exceeded my expectations!  I am excited and look forward to the opportunity to use/practice the tools provided me through this course."
