Irving PAL's fitness class is the entry level class for most of our participants.
Our kids train for 1 1/2 hours, both inside the gym and outside, with water breaks given periodically.
Exercises include the use of jump ropes, medicine balls, box jumps, weights, and pull up bars.
Running is an essential part of fitness and about 30 minutes is devoted for this cardiovascular exercise.
Participants should dress accordingly depending on the weather.
