Irving PAL's wrestling program resurfaced in 2009 (after a seven year absence) making an immediate impact earning
2nd place as a team at the 2010 Texas USA Rookie State Championships, where 72 teams competed.
Unfortunately, our program lost our head coach who was the key component to our success.
Our program has taken a different direction focusing on submission wrestling led by Coach Adam Arredondo.
Coach Arredondo has trained kids through adults and fought professionally for 13 years in submission wrestling and mixed martial arts.
New participants wanting to join the program must attend the Fitness Class to be considered.
Coach Solis and Coach Arredondo may waive this requirement with prior approval.
