Boxing: Monday through Friday @ 6:00 pm. (Year round program)
Fitness Class: Monday through Friday @ 5:00 pm (Year round program)
Summer Program: Will set schedule when it gets closer
Tennis: Tuesday and Thursday @ 5:00 pm. (Seasonal program - Spring - Summer - Fall)
Urban Outdoors: Scheduled events throughout year - will post events at the PAL gym upon being scheduled
Wrestling: Will set schedule as it gets closer. (Summer program)
